First time opening on Mac?
Your Mac may flag MueSync because it's downloaded outside the App Store. This is expected and safe. Here's how to open it anyway:
- Open the downloaded MueSync.dmg, then drag MueSync.app into the Applications folder.
- Try to open MueSync. Your Mac will warn you. Close that dialog.
- Go to System Settings › Privacy & Security.
- Scroll down and click Open Anyway next to the MueSync message.
- Confirm once more — MueSync opens. You're done.
One-time only. If a future update is flagged, repeat the same steps. We're working with Apple Developer Support to make this seamless.
